JWDA recently celebrated the groundbreaking for Belmont Senior Living, a 180-unit complex located at Nobel Drive in UTC, La Jolla. Developed by Belmont Villages and Greystar, the 17-story facility provides housing and memory care services for seniors. JWDA is providing full architectural services for the project.
The housing market will benefit greatly with this new addition, as it provides a well-rounded unit mix for our seniors, including studios, ones & twos – with 53 units reserved for independent living, and 105 units for assisted living. A memory care facility will be paired with a professionally managed fitness center, full service salon and spa, private screening room, bistro for casual dining and full-service dining room (with personal wine storage!).
