Vintage Watercolor of Mykons Greece by Well Known Artist George Papadoperakis
He was born in Knossos on the island of Crete. He paints watercolors inspired from the Greek islands and the ancient antiquities.
His love for watercolor painting has led him to discover its beauty. Watercolor has the most difficult technique in painting. For 30 and more years of every day practice, has given him the experience and the strength to promote and reveal the beauties of Greece.
You can find his paintings in private and other collections in Greece and overseas. He has participated in many personal and group exhibitions in Athens and Thessaloniki. The last years he lives and works in Athens.
