- 400 g All Purpose Flour
- 12 g Sugar
- 1 g salt
- 83 g boiling water
- 167 g milk microwave fro 30 seconds
- 3 g yeast – add to milk
- Add milk to rest of mixture
- 2 eggs
- Mix and rest for 20 minutes
- 24 oil
- Mix
- Ferment for 1 hour
- Add flour and mix
- Separate into 3 pieces
- Rough one piece at a time
- Add dough to pan
- Rest for 60 minutes
- Add beaten egg yolk on top
- Set in oven for 375F for 30-35 minutes
