My view towards lending and borrowing money…

I don’t lend money to family or friends period. Majority of the time you probably won’t get it back. If you do lend people money, you probably are giving it to them.
If I need money, I go to the bank. If I go to the bank to borrow money… I know that I have to pay it back or they will take my collateral. If I don’t pay it back soon, I will pay interest. If I don’t pay it back period, they take me to court.
